it's actually a psyc server, there is no nickserve running on this chat
server as far as I know.

here's a snippet of the output from sic

[jtang_AT_duo sic]$ ./sic -h irc -n jtang
NONAME 09/01/09 09:32 >< 464 * : Please provide your password
(Set it as the server password, or try /quote pass ??your-password?? or
a syntax like /server NONAME ??ircport?? ??your-password??)
