[dev] wmiir needs doc / help for namespace and setsid commands

I was poking around the python alternative scripts, and noticed that
wmiir takes 'setsid' as a command. Poking into the wmiir source, I
see that 'namespace' is also a command.

These should probably be documented in the man page, and definitely at
least in the usage output of wmiir.
