Links removed. I think users should use man on their local host instead.
Uriel for instance hosts man pages at man.cat-v.org that the "usual"
user does not have on his local host. But we do not need this on
suckless.org.
In general I make some progress in reviewing all the weird content
that has evolved during the years and try to simplify all of
suckless.org to suck less.
