There were quite a few changes, dvtm now ships with its own terminfo
file (mostly copied from rxvt which was used before). Furthermore
it features a "copy mode" i.e an easy way to navigate, search and
copy the scroll back buffer which might be interesting for st users.

If some of you could check it out and report back on what breaks,
that would be appreciated.
