I can't reproduce this on my system, with st. I'm pushing a more
pixels with my two monitors, 2560x1700 on my laptop and 1600x1200 on
my DVI monitor (which is rotated, which ought to slow things down).

My system is Debian Wheezy, with the xserver-xorg-video-intel
2.19.0-6, and xserver-xorg-core 1.12.4-6.

Can you try st and see if you can reproduce it with that? And do
other programs "lag" like this?
