The new slock-pam_auth-20161126-9909280.diff now applies cleanly.

I have to remove -DHAVE_SHADOW to get it to build, as expected.

It still fails to run with:

slock: getpwuid: cannot retrieve shadow entry. Make sure to suid or sgid slock.

So we're back to my initial assertion that 04143fd broke slock on
FreeBSD when using PAM. If I put a copy of my passwd entry in
/etc/passwd and set a local password, slock 1.4 at least starts, but
still fails to accept my password through PAM.
