[dwm] xrandr (change screen orientation)

hi
i use dwm with rotated monitor (pivot mode 1024x1280) since dwm 1.3
here is the patch i'm using now (it's against the current hg repo)
i modified a few other things too (which you might not like)

added:
    + xrandr support for changing screen orientation (screenresize)
    + 3 different stack position / orientation (togglesplit)
    + different orientation is possible for each tag
    + togglemax, togglefloat (1 client)
    + restart dwm (useful for frequent config change)
removed:
    - client stack (snext)
    - toggleview (only 1 view at once -> more workspacish)

probably it can help others with pivot mode monitor
