[dwm] dmenu-2.8 / slock-0.6

sorry but the previous versions lead to some nasty side-effects
when not grabbing the root window. slock could be cheated by
apps which grab the root window and dmenu lead to nasty trouble
when invoked several times. Those issues are fixed now.
