Hacked version of aterm so that each time it processes PS1 it hashes
PS1's value and picks a colour scheme based on the hash value. Combined
with shell putting current directory in PS1 means I get very weak
attempt at using distinct colours for terminals for different uses. Chose
aterm as only one I could decode enough to figure out where to
modify the code like this.

Other than that, aterm's not very good: it seems to get confused about
lots of the character sequences man uses and when dramatically
resized (like dwm does) it seems to redraw lines from some random
point in scrollback history rather than latest lines.
