[dwm] [PATCH] rules fix

Hi!

I discovered, that dwm has a small bug when it apply rules to a window with
ch.res_class and ch.res_name set to NULL.
xev for example has neither a class nor an instance name. That causes that
the following rule will match for xev.

{ "Minefield", "Navigator", NULL,> tags[2],> False }

I attached a patch which fixes this issue. It's already included in dwm-gtx.
