[dwm] New URL of repositories/source code

Hi there,

the new Mercurial web interface to access the development
repository via HTTP is located at:

  http://code.suckless.org/hg

the new download location of releases/snapshots is located at:

  http://code.suckless.org/

We work on moving the lists and www as well. The next thing will
be that www will point to the new wiki, though this won't be
before tonight.
