I have faced with the same problem after pacman -Suy
(Arch Linux, system upgrade).
It is not a bug of dwm or some another of your apps.
It is linux 2.6.26.x bug, for sure:

Seems to be fixed already, just upgrade or downgrade your kernel.
(I have downgraded to 2.6.25.16)
