it is an interesting idea, but I don't think it's worth it to add an
additional section. Having thought about it for the last few days, I
must admit that I probably would favor just documenting ignored flags
in the manpage as:

        -s Ignored.

This way we write it down as compact as possible and still allow the
user to foresee the proper behaviour. By saying we ignore it we also
explicitly state that we probably are not going to add any side-effects
in the future.
