That's true, the problem with the BUGS file is that it's not installed through
the `make install` target. People will mostly just read the dwm manual page
only.
On the other hand, having BUGS file in the repo is easier to track and fix bugs
rather than reading the raw dwm.1 file.
In my opinion I think we should remove the bugs section from dwm.1 manual page
and place a link through the git repository pointing at BUGS file, what do you
think?
