    [dmenu][patches][floatingbar] Fix swapped padding descriptions
    
    barpadh is added to the window x coordinate and subtracted twice from
    its width, so it sets the padding on the sides. barpadv is added to the
    window y coordinate, so it sets the padding from the top or bottom edge.
    
    Swap the "Vertical" and "Horizontal" labels so the descriptions match
    what the diff actually does.
