Nah, that is invalid syntax and the wrong place. rc.conf does
not exist anymore in 2.5.x, you need to copy wmiirc to $HOME/.wmii and
edit the MODKEY=mod4 in there.

(If you use the source package it is $HOME/.wmii-2.5), dunno why
the Debian packages choosed $HOME/.wmii.
