Also, I forgot to mention: I'd very much recommend binding $MODKEY to
the "windows key" (mod4) or some other little-used modifier (perhaps
caps lock?) if you can. You probably won't have any shortcut clashes
that way - *much* better than manually having to go into bare mode all
the time.
