[dev] Gmane newsgroup for the new mailing list

Hello! Since merging dwm and wmii lists were merged into this list,
Gmane newsgroups are somewhat broken. Here is my conversation with
Wolfgang Schnerring, one of Gmane admins, from gmane.discuss group.
