I'd say “unwilling to communicate” would be more in English, but let's
leave that aside.
Are you proposing that nationals of a single non-English nationality
(which was the topic of the main thread among other things) should
communicate between themselves in English because there's the God-send
called ASCII and Uriel says so?
These threads grow to such let's-see-how-far-beyond-trolling-we-can-go
monstrosities that I can't believe my eyes sometimes. On the other hand,
