[dev] sic: cannot resolve hostname with revision 104

Hello,

After updating to latest revision, my sic stopped to connect (103 was fine)
error: cannot resolve hostname 'irc.oftc.net': Invalid argument

Turns out the problem was my system does not have a "ircd" entry in
/etc/services, I am using OpenBSD 4.6. Looks like the port is not
registered; so using the -p option or updating sic.c "port" var fixed
it.
