I don't know how to implement this. If the wmiirc's exit status is
reflected in wmii's exit status, then we could check that and break out
of the loop instead of showing the recovery dialog. But this doesn't
protect us from accidental exits: what if you run the "kill" action (or
wmiir xwrite /ctl kill) by accident -- how can xinitrc recognize this?

Agreed. But it's a minor inconvenience IMHO, considering the difficulty
of solving the ambiguity mentioned above. Patches are welcome. :-)
