[dev] [wmii] Use of Mod-Control-(j/k)

Hi

I'm wondering what's the purpose, or how to use these keybindings
...
KeyGroup Moving through stacks
Key $MODKEY-Control-$UP # Select the stack above
        wmiir xwrite /tag/sel/ctl select up stack
Key $MODKEY-Control-$DOWN # Select the stack below
        wmiir xwrite /tag/sel/ctl select down stack
...

They don't work in stack mode, and in default and float mode they do the same
as wmiir xwrite /tag/sel/ctl select up.
Can someone explain me what I'm missing ?
