[dev] goblin - basic shell commands in the Go language

I was looking at http://suckless.org/project_ideas and I thought I should
take a shot at the "goblin" project. I didn't get a ton of progress but it's
probably a decent start. I'm starting to lose interest in it so if anyone
else wants to continue the goblin project feel free to fork it:
