[dev] Tabbed unmaintained?

Hello comrades,

as the problem arose again on IRC: Is tabbed still maintained?

There have been multiple patches to add a way to make tabbed
a common tool, which allows the user to specify the to be run
command on execution. Why wasn't any of those patches applied?

The patches were [0] and [1].

Who is the maintainer of tabbed anyway?
