i've been doing some rendering tests (scaling window on complex sites
while the cpu is at 100%
and stuf flike that). and i have to say that surf-gtk3 runs faster than
gtk2 and scrollbars look
just better, a part from that it looks the same. no performance
difference when cpu is not 100%
