[dev] st color12 is not working in xft branch

1. I got latest version from the hg repo
2. hg up xft
3. make
4. tic -s st.info
5. ./st
6. Run ls /

You'll notice that color12 which is normally used for directories is
the default dark blue, not #5c5cff, as set in config.def.h.

In the default branch this color appears as expected.
