[dev] [st] "Del" key ain't working

Greetings!

A day or two ago I updated st (as 0.4 was released) and found out that "Delete" key
ain't working anymore in bash and vim (probably in other console apps too).
When in st I run cat -v and hit "Delete" key I get the following output:

^[[P

while in xterm and framebuffer console I get

^[[3~
