Yes, the missing characters show up on copy past but without the underlines.

In config.h I have:
static unsigned int defaultfg = 0;
static unsigned int defaultbg = 7;
static unsigned int defaultcs = 1;
which gives me black on white with a red cursor. That is also what I used in st-0.3.
