Sure it was! :D
But you can't just compress a png-file (As I noted later on).
If you compress an equivalent bmp
-rw-r--r-- 1 frign frign 13K Jul 18 11:11 bio_hazard.bmp.bz2
-rw-r--r-- 1 frign frign 9.2K Jul 17 15:35 bio_hazard.image.bz2
the results aren't as good (this is all due to the bmp-header).
And damn, BMP's are 100 times harder to parse than this format.
That's what I was talking about.
And I don't see no reason why this couldn't be part of the
format-specification: Having it compressed.
