For clipboard only, for consistency. One should still keep S-Insert for
primary. Yes, C-S-whatever uses two weak fingers¹, but still. Also, do
most numpad-less laptop keyboards even have Insert or a middle mouse
button?

¹: Assuming you rebound caps lock.
