gv is good for pdf's, but not for the more general issue of working on
source files and dealing with object files (e.g. markdown and HTML).

I am afraid that [0] is beyond my current comprehension. I don't know
enough about Plan 9 and/or I might need to stare at it hard for a while
before I can grok it.
