[dwm] Click-to-focus

Hi everybody!
I got annoyed about sloppy focus today, and tried to implement click-to-focus. Below is my
patch. It includes rpmohn patch. I'm new in C and X programming, just learning.
TODO:
*first click is used for activating client and not passed to the client
*do something with floating clients, current behaviour is too bad
