[dwm] dwm-1.0 / dmenu-0.5

Hi there,

I created yet another release of dwm and dmenu, which can be
downloaded from:

  http://10kloc.org/download/dwm-1.0.tar.gz
  http://10kloc.org/download/dmenu-0.5.tar.gz

dwm-1.0 is pretty much similiar to dwm-0.9, but it contains more
bugfixes, and the changes of titlebar drawings - and tag
highlighting in the status bar. You'll notice some small
differences in the config.h files, please merge carefully
(DEFTAG has been removed, instead the first defined tag is the
 default tag now.)

dmenu-0.5 contains small code refactorings.
