[dwm] Wide Layout Patch for dwm-1.1

Wide Layout Patch
Good for working on audio waveforms, viewing log files and other things
with a horizontal orientation.

Toggling the tile layout is default mapped to MODKEY-o on the keyboard
and mouse Button3 on the status bar mode indicator. The toggle does not
have any effect when in float mode. The default status bar mode
indicator is "=".
