[dwm] taggi2 lebt

Hi there,

just to proof my thesis that trac would be the wrong decision:

I nearly finished taggi2, which is markdown-based, though much
simplier as the php crap. It can be easily extended because it
is based on different cgi scripts. The current version can be
synced from:

  hg clone http://10kloc.org/cgi-bin/hgwebdir.cgi/taggi

See README for further details.
The relevant lines I implemented are:

  sh: 156 (15.25%)

However, taggi includes some awk and the markdown.pl script...
