Debian unstable, Opera 9.01 build 400, Xorg 7.0.23. It seems that
restarting Opera fixes it, but after a while it gets screwed again. I
think it happens when tiling shrinks Opera and the menu appears in two
lines, but I found no way to reproduce it.
