[dwm] patch for wmii-2-like behaviour

Hello

As I'm a big fan of wmii-2 (I don't use tagging as dynamic workspaces
suit my personal work-style much better), I've done some patching to
make dwm behave like wmii-2:

http://www.cgarbs.de/tmp/dwm-mitch-1.0.tar.gz

 - adds vertical layout (patch by Ross Mohn)
 - adds maximized layout
 - removes tagging
 - adds dynamic workspaces
 - adds detach/attach of clients
 - allows a different layout for every workspace
 - adds direct layout selection (no need for toggles)
 - adds some personal stuff (colors, keys)

Perhaps somebody finds this useful.

Regards,
Christian

PS: I'm no real C programmer, but extending dwm was no problem at all.
It's very well written and easy to tweak. Kudos to arg!
