OT: Manuel's dwm call (was: [dwm] broken pipes)

You mentioned calling dwm like this:

> mkfifo dwm_pipe
> dwm < dwm_pipe > dwm_pipe

Jukka Salmi also had a fifo solution (check the archives for 21 July
2006) but his was much more elaborate. When I try run dwm in the
manner you describe, dwm never loads -- and I don't know enough to
tell why. Is this NetBSD specific? Could you post the relevant
section of your .xinitrc (or similar)? Thanks!
