I suspect I fit into category (c). I was inspired by a previous
thread where the use of toggleview was explored, and since I
much prefer this behavior, I have removed toggletag and view
in favor of toggleview.

I borrowed arg's dmenu and xterm shortcuts.
I added the usual shortcuts for slock and mpc, and the usual
suspects that must be started in float (vnc/real vnc).

btw the "new default" color scheme is ugly, I use the old one or
arg's and I have mrxvt (bottom status bar ;)) using similar colors
in .mrxvtrc.

I still need to look into getting the bottom status bar and colors
in screenrc...

Overall I'm extremely happy with dwm, thank you arg!
