[dwm] Reloading running dwm - reload patch

Hi,

I created patch for reloading dwm with signal USR1.

usage:
        kill -s USR1 $pid_of_dwm

dwm then unmanage all window, closes all and reexec itself - which back
manages all windows, etc. can be fine while tunning config.h (by new users?)
or for upgrading dwm while the X are running.

Instead of turning whole X off, recompile and turning back on (with all of the
running programs) it suffice to recompile dwm (from X :), delete old dwm binary
and move the reconfigured dwm on place. And then just send signal.
