perl is love. uh i mean i love perl ;) but I agree that a frontend
for its repostory can be written in shellscripts or C.

This is an initial toy implementation, perl is good for hacking with
snippets and toy applications, but the idea is to finally implement
pvc in C.

try with:

 $ PATH=$PWD:$PATH pvc init
