yes, because if I drop it from the directory gcc says that there's no wtsapi32.lib
tomorrow i'll try to make the same steps inside MSVS2k5(R). But a friend of me tried
with it and seems to get compilation errors instead of linkage problems..
so maybe my libs are b0rken or so.. no idea. if anyone gets a build. please tell me!
