[dwm] layout with keybinding

Last night I had an idea about changing setlayout.

Iuse two layouts in my environment. (dostack and tile) but I don't
want to use floating in the "layout cycle". Instead I searched a way
to bind float to a key. The result is attached to this mail. I add arg
to the arrange functions, rearranged something so that Layout lt can
be set from tile.c and placed an if(arg) {...} into tile and floating.
