I haven't looked at the code in detail, but I like it because the
current Rule struct requires you to specify values for everything
(including new attributes -- I add a "client has an aspect ratio"
flag) if you specify the values for any of them.

(I'm waiting for a couple of weeks to see if the code-base gets
rearranged again before I try porting my stuff to 4.5 :-) Once that's
done I'll make my mods available.)
