[dwm] Broken tiling after upgrading to dwm-4.5

Hey guys,

I recently upgraded to dwm-4.5 from dwm-4.3 and I noticed improper tiling when launching xterm and gvim. It looks like it doesn't span the whole window. However, firefox, pidgin, and sylpheed don't have this problem.
