[dwm] freeze

I'm not to apply any major changes to hg tip before dwm 4.6. So
I ask once again, to recheck if everything is fine.

Today I removed the RESIZEHINTS macro, and also did some code
cleanup. I believe that dwm behaves quite well now and I'm quite
happy with the result.

Lemme know any remaining issues.
