[dwm] [dvtm-patch] Master client number: 0/1?

Hi all,
   there is nothing important here, i want just to be paranoid ;-)

To me, the master client number should be zero, not one. Dvmt is mainly
used by programmers AFAIK, which usually use the 0 as first number of a
sequence not 1. Also i always start from zero when talk about a list of
points, etc. So i propose to start the clients count from zero. If not,
i guess the MOD-0 key should be removed from the default config.h file.

Another thing is about the man page. It was not wrong but seems to be
better with the patch i attached (which also fix a typo).
