[dwm] I like Dmenu a little simpler

Hi all,

Dmenu automatically makes a list of executables which are in my $PATH.
I think this is pretty useless. Even CLI apps and apps I never use are
in the list. I like to make my own .dmenu_cache. So dmenu doesn't have
to update the list anymore. This could make dmenu a bit smaller. Is
someone interested in making it?
