[dwm] dwm-meillo is up-to-date again

Hoi dwm lovers,

long time I stayed on version 4.4.1 without having problems, but today
I updated dwm-meillo to the current tip (rev1163).

The patch is much smaller now, mainly because monocle is mainstream
and I managed toggleview in an easier way.
