Hi!
I do not like the idea of keyboard driven resizing/moving. I believe
resizing/moving is a mouse job. keyboard resizing/moving is very
unhandy. Furthermore floating is only a workaround for broken clients
and therefor it doesn't need to have any features besides.
If somebody really wants this, it's very easy to write a function.
